SOMEF BibliothekenDie Vertreter der SOMEF (Südostmitteleuropäischer Fakultätentag) Bibliotheken haben sich daran geeinigt, daß die Bibliotheken zusammenarbeiten werden. Die Rechtslage in jedem Land ist anders, aber trotzdem gibt es Bereiche, in denen sie sich gegenseitig helfen können.
